MY STORY

The Skinny Kid Who Refused to Stay Small

I started at 18 years old. 40kg. 10-inch arms. No money for supplements. No coach. No plan. Just a burning desire to become something more. This is my 10-year journey from skinny to 80kg of pure muscle — and why I built RamayFitness to help you do the same.

THE JOURNEY

10 Years. Every Lesson Learned the Hard Way.

18
2016 — The Beginning

40kg. 10-inch Arms. Zero Knowledge.

I walked into the gym for the first time at 18 years old. I weighed 40kg — you could see every rib on my body. My arms were 10 inches. I didn't know the difference between a bicep curl and a deadlift. People stared. Some laughed. I didn't care. Something inside me said: "You will not stay like this."

I had no money for a trainer. No money for supplements. My family thought fitness was a waste of time. All I had was access to a basic gym and the food my mother cooked at home. That was enough.

19
2017 — The Mistakes

Wrong exercises. Wrong diet. Wrong everything.

My entire first year was a mess. I did only bicep curls and chest press — nothing else. I ate whatever was at home with no understanding of protein or calories. I gained maybe 3kg in 12 months. I was frustrated. I wanted to quit every single week.

But I kept showing up. Even when I saw zero progress. Even when people told me my body "just isn't made for muscle." That stubbornness saved me. It taught me the most important lesson in fitness: consistency beats everything.

20
2018 — The Breakthrough

I discovered food is the real secret.

Everything changed when I stopped blaming my genetics and started learning about nutrition. I couldn't afford protein powder — it cost more than my entire weekly food budget. So I researched which real foods have the most protein.

Eggs. Chicken. Lentils. Milk. Yogurt. Rice. These were all available in my kitchen — I just wasn't eating enough of them. I started tracking what I ate. Within 3 months of eating 120g+ protein daily from real food, my body transformed faster than the entire previous year.

That moment changed my life. I realized the supplement industry was selling a lie. You don't need powder. You need knowledge about your kitchen.

22
2020 — Building Real Muscle

60kg. People started noticing.

By 22 I weighed 60kg — a full 20kg gained from where I started. My arms had grown to 14 inches. For the first time in my life, people started saying "you look different." My clothes didn't fit anymore. I had to buy new shirts because my chest and arms had outgrown them.

The gym became my second home. I trained 6 days a week without exception. I learned proper compound movements — squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press. My strength exploded. My confidence with it. The skinny kid was disappearing.

24
2022 — The Dark Phase

Injuries. Plateaus. Almost giving up.

At 70kg I hit a wall. My shoulder got injured from bad form. I couldn't train upper body for 3 months. I lost size. I lost motivation. I questioned everything — was this worth it? Was I wasting my years?

This phase taught me something no YouTube video ever could: fitness is a mental game. The physical part is easy compared to the mental battle of staying consistent when you can't see results, when you're injured, when life gets hard.

I rehabbed my shoulder. I came back. I came back stronger than before because I was smarter. I trained smarter, ate smarter, recovered smarter. The plateau broke.

26
2024 — Mastering the System

75kg. 160g+ protein daily. Zero supplements.

By this point I had developed a complete system. I knew exactly how to hit 160g+ protein every single day using nothing but kitchen food. I had perfected my meal prep — I could cook a full week of high-protein meals in 2 hours. My grocery bill was lower than people spending money on protein powder.

My physique had become something I was genuinely proud of. 75kg, lean, muscular, 16.5-inch arms. People at the gym started asking ME for advice. Strangers in the street would comment on my body. That skinny 40kg kid was a distant memory.

28
2026 — Today

80kg. 18-inch arms. A complete transformation.

Today I weigh 80kg of pure muscle. My arms are 18 inches. I have been training for 10 years without missing a single week. I have never taken a protein supplement. Every gram of protein that built this body came from real food — eggs, chicken, lentils, milk, rice, and meals cooked in my kitchen.

I created RamayFitness because I know there are millions of people just like the 18-year-old me — skinny, confused, broke, and being told they need expensive supplements to build muscle. That is a lie. And I am the living proof.

If I can go from 40kg to 80kg with zero supplements, starting from zero knowledge, in a regular kitchen — so can you. And I want to show you exactly how.

WHAT I BELIEVE

My Philosophy

01

Fitness is for everyone.

Not just people with gym memberships. Not just people who can afford supplements. Not just people with perfect genetics. Your kitchen already has what you need. Your body is already capable. What you need is the right information and someone who has actually done it.

02

Supplements are a shortcut you don't need.

The supplement industry is worth $60 billion because they convinced you that you can't build muscle without their products. I built 40kg of muscle — 10 inch to 18 inch arms — eating eggs, chicken, lentils, and rice. The proof is standing right here.

03

Consistency beats intensity.

I didn't transform in 90 days. I transformed over 10 years. The people who get results are not the ones who train hardest — they are the ones who train longest. Show up every day. That's the entire secret.

04

Muscle is confidence. Fitness is fashion.

When you build your body, you build your mindset. How you carry yourself changes. How people perceive you changes. A strong, well-built physique with the right clothes is the most attractive version of any person. I teach both — how to build it and how to wear it.
